RUDY ENB need some help

So I installed it following these instructions https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OiNSCNjGTqo&t=1s (did everything step by step and as shown) yet I get this text saying bFloatPointRenderTarget=1 isnt set to one or I have multiple copies of the file. I checked and it is set to 1 and there is only 1 in the SkyrimPrefs.ini file. Any idea whats wrong?

There are two SkyrimPrefs.ini files - one in the Skyrim folder (...\Steam\Steamapps\common\Skyrim\Skyrim\) and one in the My Games folder (C:\Users\*your windows username*\My Documents\My Games\Skyrim\). The one in the Skyrim installation folder is not used by the game.

Make sure you're editing the SkyrimPrefs.ini in My Documents.

After double checking that the file in the common was set to 0 and the ones in the document were set to 1 the text is still appearing

are you using MO as your mod manager by any chance? if so, it creates it's own .inis. you'd have to change it there.

Yes I am, how would I go about doing that? (sorry Im really new to the whole modding thing...)

That's probably the Depth of Field. You can turn it off in the ENB menu (opened by pressing Shift and Enter at the same time) or replace the files with another ENB's DoF. Rudy ENB comes with two options for DoF.

Do you know of any lightning mods that don't need the DLC btw? The one that is on the most popular says it requires all of the DLC (i have no money atm so I cant buy them)

Relighting Skyrim is the one I use, and the JIT version doesn't require any DLC:
