Jarl isn't asking me to become Thane
I've helped every single person who can be helped in Falkreath, and there's no dialogue option to become Thane. What do?

Some of the holds have requirements beyond helping a certain number of people in order to become a Thane, and Falkreath is one of them. The exact requirement for Falkreath differs depending on who the Jarl is. Who is the Jarl in your game right now?

If you don't have it installed yet, install the Unofficial Patch(es). I saw you have all the DLC, so you will need this: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/71214
It could just help with the requirements if you have met them (an NPC was not added to the proper faction in Falkreath, among other things).
If you haven't, like Valden21 mentions, then you could let them help you or read up on the wiki what is needed.

The default one. (I forget his name, but he's the young lazy one)

Has Jarl Siddgeir offered you the title of Thane? This must happen first.

There is a radiant quest that you must complete for the Jarl first, before he offers you the titlle of Thane. The quest will be to kill a Bandit Leader.

From the above:
"Starting Siddgeir's Bandit Leader quest can be tricky. If you have Hearthfire installed, then at level 9, a courier letter will be sent from the Jarl of Falkreath. Reading it will trigger the Falkreath version of Build Your Own Home and when this quest is running, talking to Siddgeir will allow you to start the Bandit Leader quest without any prerequisites. However, the normal prerequisite for the quest is Rare Gifts, a radiant quest which can be given by six different people. If you have received this quest from any of the other five, then you cannot receive it from Siddgeir, and you must complete the quest for the other person before you can get it from Siddgeir. It is advisable that, if possible, Siddgeir's version of the quest should be completed soon after leaving Helgen, as the mead he wants can be found near the exit to the keep."

There is one quest there when you should kill his Thane. If you do that before you get thane your self you will have problem to get thane your self.

Well, there's only one thing left to do.

Kill everyone.

Who needs to be a Thane.. when you crown yourself Jarl.

Did you try asking him for work? That's what I do. I always go steal a Black Briar Mead from Lod--or bring the one from Helgen--and just go ask him for work. Then he demands tribute--and the tribute is the Mead. After that, I can ask him if there's anything else I can do and he gives me the quest to kill the bandit leader.

But I dont steal it :P

LOL, Uncle. Usually my DB's are thieves, so it's in character for me.
