Kahjit+Vampire unarmed build

So ive a few questions for the ultimate unarmed build:

-kahjit gives 15 claw dmg as race bonus
-fists of steel increases unarmed damage
-vampire lord has additional claw damage
-vampire lord can cause poison while attacking with claws
-unarmed enchantment possible on rings/gauntlets/and (?)necklaces?

does the vampire form (extra claw dmg+poison)add the race bonus of the kahjit? so racebonus +15 dmg plus the vampire bonus?

rumors say that u can skill two perks in the 1 handed tree
both perks increase the attacking speed, ive seen videos where ppl saying it does affect the unarmed attacking speed!
is it true?

another rumor says if you skill fists of steel, the amount of armor power will be your attacking power
for example u have iron gauntlets with 30 defense, this gives you 30 damage when attacking unarmed ?

please tell me exactly (if possible tested yourself) if thats true
