Frost Atronach/Thrall broken

Every time any frost atronach is supposed to be summoned or spawned, nothing happens. I never see any frost atronach, just the conjuration bubble. I looked at the spell in TES5Edit and nothing is modifying the spell. I need atronachs to be able to spawn in order to continue with the dawnguard questline, please help.

Why do you need to conjure atronarch to continue dawnguard questline?
That questline can be done pretty much without casting a single spell.

Like i said, atronachs do not work AT ALL. during the arch-curate vyrthur battle, you have to defeat a special frost atronach (ancient frost atronach) in order to continue. Since it never appears, i can't continue.

Oh i misread you i thought you couldn't cast atronach spells.
What's your mod list?

Cause it looks like not the spell is bugged but perhaps the atronach npc itself.

Well, I can't post it now, but I will be able to tomorrow. I was wondering if it was a mesh/texture glitch and installed a frost atronach retexture which did not fix it. Npcs don't seem to want to attack it, nor is it able to attack anything. I'm pretty sure it has something to do with Creature Framework from viewing the log, but I am not sure.
