Remove glow effect

I have an annoying bug. Few months ago, after I installed an update patch of Beyond Skyrim Bruma mod, a white smoke always stick on my character's legs (please see the picture).

I tried many ways, including all solutions from this topic: https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/872861-tutorial-removing-unwanted-magic-effects-from-the-player/
but the smoke didn't disappear.

I don't want to load older save before this smoke appeared, because it's too far (more than half year).

Any solution, please?

Yes, but they said it's glow effect and told me follow the topic at nexus forum.

Well the only thing I can think of that might work is the debug power from.... SkyUI I think. I can't remember which mod added that power.
