Strange symbols instead of quests text, some armor and enchantment

Hello everyone, I searched all around the net for this problem but found nothing ...

My base game is in italian and many mods have switched parts in english, but that is not a problem. The problem is the one shown in that screenshot.
It could have been the language of some mod (japanese or russian maybe) but I've checked and none of the mods I have are other than english or should ever have touched the text of quests / vanilla arnors or enchantment ...
I've tried the file verification via Steam but nothing changed. Here's my mod list: https://pastebin.com/f9WLyEX0

I also use LOOT and the Skyrim Mod Organizer. Any kind of tip on this problem of mine will be greatly appreciated, thank you!

only times I encountered this problem was when either when the mod used no normal letters but japanese or when the given mods where not properly installed / merged.
