Any Player homes in Beyond Skyrim - Bruma.

I've started playing the mod and while walking around the city checking each building I noticed that two of them appear unoccupied and reqiure a key. Are these homes available to the player as residences or are they part of something else.

Mainly I need someplace to store the things I find and wish to keep. Anyone playing Bruma and know of a safe location or ownable home?

I've been playing Bruma but not very much (trying to Finnish Dragonborn quests first) soo I don't really know yet :P

If I remeber correctly there is one thats part of the mod itself, and there is another that is a mod that adds a home to Bruma. It's been awhile though, but I found the info on Nexus.
