It's the games fault, other games doesn't do it.

try booting your system using a "Clean boot" then run game. if the autominimize stops, then one of the stopped startup processes is doing it.

Add one monitor more and run Program monitor on that and you will find out what other program Windows runs when you are playing. You will be suprised.
It's some of the ENB files which are causing it i'm pretty sure.
Nope because Skyrim has high priority already.. I also didin't see any suspicious programs when i started Skyrim in my task manager.
