What is the best all-in-one mod
I have been looking through mods on the steam workshop. It seems most of the mods are small in nature and I would have to download tons of them to get the game to kind of where I would like it. I am just looking for an "all in one " mod as the title of this post states. I'm looking for something that adds graphical, weapons and armor etc but is just one single mod I can subrscribe to. Thanks!

There is no all-in-one mod. Do a bit of work abnd download the mods which suit you. it's worth it.

the term that might cover what you are looking for is "overhaul" but then again most are bound to a sertain topic or modulair like Skyre (skyrim redone) it has its perk overhauls in 3 groups for mages woriors and thiefs. then is had a module for races etc. and even besides that is has plenty of recomended mods.

the only one package deal i know is Enderal. ben that has some mod mods not too iirc.
never like that mod myself.

Legacy of the Dragonborn (Dragonborn Gallery) by icecreamassassin - https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/52248/? has a whole bunch of major mods that are packaged into it (it is a fantastic mod - especially if you like collecting and displaying your items)

Also, you may want to check out this guide:

I guess you could try SkyRe or Requiem, they freshen everything up a bit.
If you are looking for more content, get Falskaar or Enderal.
My must have mods are Ultimate Combat 3 mixed in with Duel - Combat Realism, the Attack Commitment Mod, Apocalypse Spells, OBIS, Immersive Patrols and Immersive Weapons, Creatures & Armors of Skyrim.

You also shouldn't go without SkyUI, Vivid Weathers, And either Pure Waters or Realistic Water two.

A little more hardcore although also great: Realistic needs and diseases as well as Frostfall, if you want to go for a more survival-like playtrough.

The possibilities are near endless. I suggest you try some graphical mods as well. I am working on a setup using
-Noble Skyrim
-High poly project
-SMIM
-Grim and Somber ENB - Azura
-Vivid Clouds
-Vivid Landscapes
-Any HQ snow mod ( I chose Yuril's mod)
-AmidianBorn Landscape

If you want to start off easy with one, easy to install graphics package, get "Purity" by Laast, or if you want to go a little bit in-depth, get the more tweakable FXAA Post Process Injector by Retspadez or the Imaginator by MGE.

You can really start anywhere. This time I started modifying combat first, as it was getting stale. I am using a mix between Pretty Combat Animations, Momos Acrobatic Jump (No flips...), and Mo Fus animations and large parts of the YY Mystic Knight anim replacer. On top of that, I put the TK Dodge mod with the step-dodge variant. Third person combat is much more enjoyable and thanks to Duel and UC3. Floating healthbars also adds a fresher feeling to these fights.

Finally, for those small immersion boosts, I recommend taking a look at Chesko's mods. Many great ones in there, as Art of the Catch, simply knock, or campfire.

As others have said, there is no all-in-one mod. However, there are some guides for properly assembling heavy mod lists.

For example, the STEP guide goes for a vanilla-like experience while fixing bugs and inconveniences and improving graphics. There are also options for added content packs:

Ultimate Skyrim is a more advanced package built around Requiem, focused on roleplaying and high difficulty:
