Best texture/lighting mods without enb
Quick question, does anyone know of some good texture and lighting mods without having to download an enb?

I am looking for something that would fit a dark fantasy theme like the Grim and Somber ENBs.

Assuming the screenshots are any indicator of the final product, which mods make the scenery more moodier and not as bright?.

What's the issue with ENB's, and what are you trying to avoid? I'm just curious, because if you want a complete graphical/texture/theme overhaul, some sort of ENB will be your best choice.

Sections 8 and 9. At least any flora / landscape mods from section 8. The moodier pics are mainly weather induced, cloudy, early morning / evening, just after a rain, etc.

Unfortunately I am not running Skyrim with the best specs, so any enbs (and I have tried one claiming to be fps friendly) will result in a massive fps drop.
