New Faldrus BUG
I've found that when you complete Azura's quest and THEN meet Faldrus and ask him about shrine, you'll receive that quest again, but with some things happened you'll be unable to complete it, thus it will stay in your log... FOREVER!

Known issue, and not the only quest that can have this problem. See:
