1. You're using Optimized Vanilla Textures, you don't need the High Resolution DLCs and its Unofficial High Resolution Patch.
2. XPMSE is the latest version of XPMS.
-XP32 Maximum Skeleton Extended (XPMSE) - You should use this instead
+XP32 Maximum Skeleton(XPMS)
3. Optionally, you don't need crash fixes.
- A proper set up skse.ini and enboost is more than enough.
4. Bijin AIO + Serana + Valerica
i. Install Bijin NPCs rename the mod "Bijin AIO"
ii. Install Bijin Warmaidens rename it "Bijin AIO", merge
iii. Install Bijin Wives, rename it Bijin AIO, merge
iv. Do the same to Valerica and Serana (merged in Bijin AIO)
v. Download and install "Bijin AIO-2016-3.1.1 - Serana Valerica" https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/72626/? (name it "Bijin AIO" -Merge)
vi. Hide all Bijin esps except BijinAIO-2016_3.1.1_SV.esp

Hothtrooper44_Armor_Ecksstra.esp - should be loaded before
Hothtrooper44_ArmorCompilation.esp
Didn't follow up the rest of the mods, some of it Im not familiar with. But make sure in MO on the right pane is sorted by LOOT and sort the left pane manually to mirror the right.
Try to make sure that no XPMSE skeleton gets everwritten by other mods. Place this somewhere below in the modlist.
In practice, I usually test the mod before adding them in my modlist.
Its hard to deduce the issue as some of the mods Im not familiar with. I'll ask other forum members if they know what's up.
That might be a source of your issues.
XPMSE of course makes an exception. It's ESP position does not really matter, but as said, it really should win conflicts against other mods, except Output folders.
One other thing, which is actually unrelated to your crashes, but something you should consider. You are missing both TES5Merged.esp and Bashed Patch. Keywords and leveled lists are not working correctly in your game. Let's fix your crashes first and then see how to fix that. :)
His left side makes me sad.
Could also not find his output folder for skse/Fnis and one for misc.
I couldn't help but laugh because it's making me sad too.
So what I have so far is as long as everything in the left panel is disabled save for Vigilant and it's English patch will not cause the game to crash at the specified point. I'm not sure why this is the case, but i'm hell bent on finding out why this is the case now.
Edit: Disabled Project Parallax Remastered as well as the previous and now the crash has stopped completely.
"Yayie" was incorrect of course. For anyone else reading this thread, you can absolutely remove mods mid playthrough providing you clean your game afterwards.
Thanks Mizaru, Parallax was the culprit.
Cleaning the save file only clears active entries. It does not remove script data from save files. Papyrus can call event that calls the data, which will break the save file. This can happen soon, or after 100 hours later in the game. It depends entirely when Papyrus calls the event.
There is no way to safely uninstall scripted mods from ongoing game. Period.
It is always safe to remove loose file texture replacements, because there are no scripts or world edits involved.
Edit: Some players might mistakenly think that this is safe for Skyrim, because we have options for this with Fallout 4.
Fallout 4 uses upgraded system and rotates script data far better than Skyrim does. It is not safe to remove scripted mods from FO4 either, but tools (like Fallrim tools) work far more reliably with that game than Skyrim LE or Skyrim SE.
