Way to reveal all locations?
Is there a way to reveal all locations in Skyrim without using the tmm command?

Exactly what would be the difference?
If you use tmm 1,0,1 it will show all, but disable fast travel.

AFAIK that doesn't disable achievements.

Edit: did a quick search and is confirmed. Console commands do not affect achievements. Neither do mods for this version of Skyrim. You are thinking of the SE version.
