Legacy Of Dragonborn-Byron bug

Hello, guys.
I never wrote of forum before but i just cant find a solution to this bug.
I've been playing mod "The Legacy Of The Dragonborn" lately and i really enjoy it although i encountered a number of bugs in the game i always fixed them using console comands.
The mod in a nutshell (if you havent heard about it) is a museum for all unique items in Skyrim. But it aslo adds numerous quests and quest lines. When you reach i think 275 displays in the mod a guy named Byron should appear in skyrim near Whiterun stables and start to look for you in Skyrim. (This is important because he will start a "Shatered Legacy" questline later in game.)
But i've already reached over 670 displays and he hasn't appeared yet. I proceed like this: (I can't think of any other solutions if you have an idea let me know):
-help Byron
From that i learned his id (1C12156B)
Than (Because i think the game hasn't activated him) i tried to enable him:
-prid 1c12156b
-enable
And than I would just teleport to him using his id or just let him find me...
But the problem is i can't "prid" him it says the id doesn't exist. I tried if it isnt just my texting error multiple times but it isnt. I cant even find "setstage" id or something for his activation.
From more research i noticed that i cant "prid" any npc from that mod. So is the bug in the "1C" value or something? Because I can do it in other mods that start like 01 or 05 etc. I havent tried other mods that involve a letter in the "xx" value (for example 1A or 1B...)

mod wiki advises to fast travel to somewhere outside of whiterun, have you tried that before using any console?

it's required to start "shattered legacy"

btw: recieving the sword of ancient tongues starts the quest, not byron ;)

Yes i've completed shadows of one's past (funny thing had to activate is through console because it didnt activate either :D) and ive recieved the sword. I'll try the Whiterun tho, Thanks

Well i dont know, Im standing next to whiterun stables right now and nothing seems to happen.
I have thought of setting stage for "Shatered Legacy" but the problem is that i must meet Byron first, as he doesn't start the quest he will just guve you the shard and the quest begins after the sword. (I knew that just didnt mention it in the first text) But I Haven't met Byron yet so the quest didnt start.

So in conclusion the problem remains as i still haven't met Byron after running around Whiterun for 10 minutes :D

I enabled him (he likewise wasn't enabled for me despite having long met the requirements), he runs up to me, followed by 3 assassins and... won't speak to me at all.

Yeah I dont really remember the quest, since I posted this like 2 years ago but he's supposed to tell you something give you a shard and die...
Maybe quicksave and try to kill him :D he should have a "bloody letter" on his body
If that doesnt work, try providing better detailed explanation here, maybe we can figure something out

Nope, tried killing him, and he just has generic clothes and a dagger. He doesn't have the shard on him, nor the letter. Attacking him just makes him run away. In addition, the assassins are all non hostile. I can attack and kill them, but attacking one doesn't make the others hostile.

I wonder if there's some other trigger that needs to occur, related to the reason why he hasn't been enabled yet in the first place.

Have you recieved the Sword of Ancient Tongues?
Also do you have the latest version of the mod, When I had problems with it two years ago I was using an old version, theese bugs should already be fixed, but idk,

If nothing works, try loading a previous save, or use the setstage console command according to this page: https://legacy-of-the-dragonborn.fandom.com/wiki/Setstage_list in the "Shattered Legacy" section, although I would be careful with using console (read the entire thing and also save before using console)
