I cant take damage from spells?
im aware this because of a mod, but im not sure what it is. and im at my aunts house evacuated from hurricane irma and the download speed is in kb so i dont wanna download BOSS right now. Any ideas? (cant take damage from fire, ice, or shock spells or dragon breaths. But i can take damage from JUST fire)

That sounds more like a weird interaction between mods than a single mod. I don't know how to fix it with no bandwidth, but I would recommend LOOT over BOSS, LOOT has superceded BOSS and is in all ways a superior tool made by the same people. Be safe though.
