You have both Tave and Etac? Are you sure they are compatible? You also have a number of other mods that make changes to the cities...make darn sure they are all compatible.
No bashed patch? Almost essential with this complex of a load order. Check pinned thread Player Spreadsheet for more information about Wrye Bash and the patch it can create.

You have both Tave and Etac? Are you sure they are compatible? You also have a number of other mods that make changes to the cities...make darn sure they are all compatible.

* Both these mods do the same thing as ETaC to some of the same places. Neither City and Village Expansion or Towns and Villages Enhanced offer modular options, so there isn't any way to pick and choose towns. Your only option here is to do ETaC modular and choose not to install any of the towns that City and Village Expansion/Towns and Villages Enhanced alter.
that would be a no. With my set up at least, so i deleted . Once everything is fixed Have any mods you recommend with etac that makes it pretty and compatiable like towns and villages enhanced :P

Lightning during Thunder Storms is too high in the left pane, mintylightningmod.esp is the one you need to match.

What mod is Rigmor.esp from? It should go between skyui and immersive college of winterhold. Unless the mod it comes from has another esp/esm that is already higher than this spot left pane.
If +3DNPC Hearthfire Patch v3.2 has an esp then this is too high in the left pane.
You still have 2 skeletons, only use one. XPMSE only. period. no way around it. ONLY USE ONE!!!! Move XPMSE to just above your bashed patch in both left and right panes, override LOOT.
Book Covers of Skyrim is not where it should be.
At this point my eyes are starting to cross. lol. But hopefully you can see the sorts of things that I see. How is the game running at this point?

overall i am happy that it is so much better then what persistant CTD i was dealing with.
Always great to have another pair of eyes to catch what i may have missed.
Load order helped immensly. TAVE was something i miss as well . etc. So for now thank you, t i can finally play again lol
