T pose walk bug?
My character, and all NPC's do a t pose when walking, weapons sheathed, when forward and to the right. I tried using FNIS, and it didn't help. Its happening after verifying cache, and with no animation mods installed.

Make sure you have this installed.
XP32 Maximum Skeleton Extended - XPMSE
http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/68000/?

Run FNIS and check Gender Specific and Skeleton Arm Fix.
Update FNIS Behavior.

Ive tried that, but its still the same. Im trying to completely reinstal every mod I have, carefully checking any conflicts it may have.

I strongly suggest to use Mod Organizer. So you can easily manage your mods and keep your Skyrim folder clean. Visit the pinned topic.

Before removing your mods, could you post your FNIS report for us to take a look at? You can copy and paste full(!) report directly from your FNIS white field. There might be an issue we know to look for.

I am currently working with updates. That thread is going to renamed during the process. If anyone has suggestions for the new name, then feel free to drop in and recommend them.

This what you mean? And I've found FNIS Sexy Move makes it work when moving forward, but it still t poses when moving right, and movement for npc's are still very glitchy.

There are no warnings, but data is slightly inconsistent.

You are using old and unsupported XP32 Maximum Skeleton. Have you tried removing that and moving to up to date XPMSE version instead? Old XPMS may not have features that some of your mods need. Swapping to XPMSE might solve the problem.

I just installed it, and updated FNIS, and exact same issue as before

XPMSE has all the up to date features and your FNIS report didn't give any number of warnings. I was thinking that you are using a mod that has a conflict with old XPMS, but that does not seem to be the case then.

One explanation would be wrong load order or resource priority conflicts. Are you using Mod Organizer or NMM?

You also mentioned that this happens without animation mods, but you have already verified the integrity of game cache.

However, did you try that with cleared appcache folder? Standard file validation process isn't always reliable, because content in appcache might have been corrupted.

FNIS exists, because game can not register custom skeleton animations. It does not have an inbuilt framework for animations, like Fallout 4 does. That is why FNIS is a thing for Skyrim and Skyrim SE.

XPMSE can't mess up your game. Only thing that it requires is to win resource conflicts. What FNIS needs is to run from correct location.
