General Sam mods
If you know this youtuber, you probably know his skyrim story of shekelstein. I am wondering what mods he uses.Specifically the mod that lets you buy and manage property / rent. The one with the little shack near the lake and any other he may use.

i don't know this guy, but that mod you are referring to could be landlord
