Is there a mod when where everyone is killable?

Most mods have installation info on their webpage, however you should use the Nexus Mod Manager (from the Nexus website) for automatic installation.
Then, use a tool called LOOT to automatically correctly sort your load order for the mods.

Alright so i have nexus set up and it says the mod is completed downloading but i cant activate it.

Just be aware, if you kill an NPC that would normally be essential, you may end up breaking not only the quest that required that NPC, but the game itself - and your only option then would be to go back to a save prior to the killing of that NPC, or start a new game.

Certain NPCs are set as essential for a reason - kill an essential NPC, and you risk killing your game.

And, no, you can't just resurrect an essential NPC that you may have killed. The game runs a death script and that cannot be reversed.

yeah it wont download on NMM. so idk what to do. :/

It is just sitting there saying it complete put it wont pop up in the mod menu.
