Im a werewolf but get infected by vampirism (bug?)
i still have my beast form but multiple perks (frost resist. fire weakness, some vampire skills) appeared. not even happened when fighting vampire, i avoid first one by reload previous save but now my last save is way too far in progress.

possibly bug from "marriable serana" http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/28685
"BVEF vampire family" http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/39549
my latest installed mods

EDIT
solved (period)
so im not actually registered ingame vampire, thats why i cant find any dialogue at the inn about falion, i have human eyes and cannot feed blood. i asked serana to turn me to a vampire (my werewolf perks is gone), and cure myself with "Rising at dawn" quest. problem is the bug appeared again but this time i have my save. well im fine for now

From http://en.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Rising_at_Dawn :

"This quest can only be started once you have become a vampire, either through the incubation of Sanguinare Vampiris or through infection by a member of the Volkihar clan. It is repeatable and there is no limit to the amount of times you can perform the quest."

See also: http://en.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Vampirism

"Curing Vampirism

If you contract Sanguinare Vampiris during battle with a vampire, you won't become a vampire yourself for three days. Until then, you can rid yourself of the disease with a Cure Disease potion or any blessing.

After the first three days of infection, or if you obtained your vampirism from Lord Harkon or Serana, the task of finding a cure becomes more complex. While visiting any inn, talk to the innkeeper and he or she will send you to Morthal to speak to a man named Falion. This will start the quest Rising at Dawn. However, if you are in the last stage of vampirism (and do not have Dawnguard installed), the innkeepers may attack you on sight, so you may need to feed in order to lessen the effects of your vampirism, making NPCs friendly again.

You can also cure your vampirism by becoming a werewolf through the Companions faction. However, once you contract lycanthropy, you gain a 100% resistance to disease and cannot be re-infected with Sanguinare Vampiris by normal means while a werewolf.

With Dawnguard installed, if you were previously a werewolf at some point prior to becoming a vampire, then you can ask Aela to restore your lycanthropy once, which will cure your vampirism (by making you into a werewolf)."

read her post again she said she was a werewolf and still had the effects of a vampire

Perhaps the OP should sort her loadorder, since that should not happen.
And perhaps also verify here Skyrim files.
Install Usleep if she have all DLC_s
That do not come from marry serana mod.

Yes I read her post - and her second post where she said she went to Falion for a cure, hence my response. Perhaps you should read everything as well?

I did read that plus she said she had the vampire abilties which meaning it was more than 3 days and was already a werewolf (hint beast form) so I did read everything

and about Serana you don't need a mod to marry her or turn her human as long as you don't ask her to be human or ask her to marry you before killing her father

I'm 90% certain you can't marry her without mods (or possibly console commands). There is a dialogue to ask her, but she always refuses, no matter what.

do you always ask her before killing her father?

Serana is not marriageable in the vanilla game - that is the way Bethesda designed it.

I actually haven't tried it - only went as far as curing her - but the UESP states that she will always refuse. I suppose a sure-fire way to find out would be to fire up the Creation Kit and check.

Because Bethesda wants us to suffer (or not suffer, depending on how you feel about Serana).
