Requiem, level/area

Areas for Requiem can be found out with a lot of dying... I found here this:

• 1-3 plains of whiterun. You can see pretty far in the distance.
  So if theres like a sabre cat you can spot it before it does you.
  
• 4-7 helgen and western riften.
  
• 8-11 falkreath. Maybe the reach
  
• 12-15 solitude or eastmarch
  
• 15-20 the pale 21+ anywhere else

Could someone say yes or no to this list? Please only if you know it :-)
