Sacrosanct Issue.
http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1107166637

I just need some advice on how to fix this issue please,
I installed Sacrosanct using an installer from Better Vampires V8.1
upon having completed the installation i was notifiied by LOOT that the ESP from Sacrosanct was missing, so i proceeded to install V4.01 of Sacrosanct through NMM. I ran LOOT again and it seemed to fix my missing ESP issue, but then when i started a new save I was given the following message in the above screenshot
I can post load order if needed, thanks for any assistance.

Script conflicts like this can happen in two ways.
  1. Scripts are stored in BSAs, which are resource file archives. These archives are loaded at the same order with their respective ESP files. Example.bsa would be loaded with Example.esp. In this case the load order determines the order where scripts are loaded

  2. Scripts can be distributed as loose files. In this case they will win all conflicts against files stored in BSAs. The installation order of files (overwriting files in NMM dialogue) will determine which scripts will take effect.

I have not played with Sacrosanct, so I do not know which is the case. I do not see any valid reason for author to distribute it's scripts as loose files, so I presume they are in BSA.

In that case changing the load order between Better Vampires and Sancrosanct should set scripts to load in correct order. You can drag plugins up and down in NMM Plugins list, which will also change the resouce priority order for their BSAs.

right yeah that makes sense cause in the image it says about moving it in the load order but where am i moving it to? and also what stops LOOT from moving it back everytime i use LOOT?

Hard to say where to move it, because I am unware of it's compatibility issues. Right below the conflicting mod would be a good start.

You can see plugin conflicts and set sorting exceptions directly from LOOT. That will also help you to determine which files are having conflicts with Sacrosanct.

There's a setting in LOOT for every mod so you can make sure any particular mod loads after another specific mod.

I just had time to check the compatibility. Sacrosanct requires a patch to work with Better Vampires, though patch will limit Sacrosanct. They are not compatible without the patch.

If you have the patch, then LOOT should place it correctly below both overhauls and solve the conflict.

General concencus seem to be to use just one of these overhauls though.

7.95, 8.00, and 8.1 mention they have the patch you're looking for.

Patch is in Better Vampires installer.

Did you just installed patch, without Sacrosanct itself? The OP left this open.

I used the installer.. and installed sancrosanct through that

To be clear, Better Vampires and Sacrosanct are completely separate mods. Sacrosacnt file in Better Vampires installer is just a patch that is required, if you are using both overhauls. It does not include other Sacrosanct files.

Maybe you should try uninstalling both mods, and then reinstalling first Sacrosanct and then Better Vampires.

Also what Ilja said...
