OP might be trolling, might not. If yes, gotta at least give them credit for being original. Most trolls follow a pretty obvious and unimaginative pattern.
Going back to the enemies you were specifically having trouble with, I had some difficulties with them in Chapter II as well, on a melee vampire with Apprentice Stone weakness to magic. Seekers are a type of enemy you have to adapt to defeat. Their magic is slow, but powerful and draining. Avoid the bolts as much as you can, and hit them at range if possible. For melee, you might want to pick up magic resistance potions at an alchemist shop or get a standing stone that helps with enemy magical damage.
When you're dehydrated or hungry with this mod, it drastically reduces your stats
