As to the guide on Nexus that you linked, personally, my inclination is not to trust it. If you want a guide to a completely modded Skyrim, see the following by cfs111, one of the forum's most respected members, who is also always availlable for any help (the guide is also constantly updated and maintained):

Like I wrote I have problem with this particular ENB, other ENBs worked like a charm(Chromogenic, Rudy, RealVision).
It turns out that the line in enblocal.ini FixParallaxTerrain= needs to be set to false.
I have no idea why.
If it is set to true it crashes my game at the end of loading screen(tested it... for so freaking long...)
Any ideas how to fix it(i.e. enable parallax without crashing)?
It's wierd I have to write it again. Same textures/meshes works with other ENBs but not with Aeon ENB(and this version, NLVA orginial not performance)
Double checked both enblocal files and I have no idea how I got it to work...
