Millwater Retreat, Gone????

I haven't used it for awhile and am starting a new game. Can't find the "Millwater Retreat" mod anywhere! Did the author take it down??? Any way to get it for my current build???

I came across http://stamp3.com/download/skyrim-mod-millwater-retreat on a google search for Millwater Retreat. I don't know anything about that site or that mod so I don't know if that's what you're looking for.

Maybe you can see if someone with that mod would be willing to give you the required mod.

JUST AN FYI ........ the author of Millwater Retreat who is named Darkfox127, has rebuilt Millwater Retreat in 6 weeks from the ground up from scratch and as of today Sunday Jan 26, 2020 ... it is now officially re-released for both LE and SSE versions. It still keeps the same exact concepts that it had before of a player home you can build/fix up and customize, as well as a property you can make money from.
