Workshop is alive and well, but you're better off using the nexus. Better mods there anyway.
If u can't find in on steam store , you still have keys all ovet other game selling sites.
I run old Skyrim on Win10 with no problem whatsoever and the mods are supported

My sister for some reason on windows 10 cant run game anymore ??????????? she said it was becuse of a forced main update by windows 10.. (I am still windows 7 until my pc dies so I can built a new one... )
