Vampire Lord vs. Vampire Disease.

So I get that Vampire Lord is a direct upgrade from Vampire. But is there a difference? I was a little indffierent about the Vampire Lord form as it feel a little clunky to me and it doesn't work that well in smaller areas. I only used it for a few hours before reverting to an old save though. So my question is is it worth being a Vampire Lord more or just getting Sanguine Vampiris? I'm at the point in Dawnguard where I decide wether or not to be Soul Trapped or get Vampire Lord so I want to make an Informed decision. I know I can recover my soul and will probably go with that but I am considering becoming a Vampire because most of the debuffs can be gotten around. Thanks!

vampire lord is the same as vampire disease exept you get perks for being a lord but youre nowhere near the original untainted corvinus bloodline xD

Lol somehow I doubt Corvinus has anything to do with the vampire Lords. They'd be from the Molag Bol bloodline... i.e. "Coldharbor"

Vampire lord is a transformation that you don't have to use, if you are wondering if the disease you get from Serana/Harkon is different besides lord from then no it isn't.

Also, if you're siding with the dawnguard you'll need to cure your vampirism to continue the questline iirc

They will also not offer any of their other services such as merchants, training, radiant quests, crossbow upgrades and (armored troll) followers.
