Chunks of caves missing

I started over in Skyrim with a varied list of mods and have discovered (up to this point) two caves that seem to have a square chunk completely missing from them. Things fall through the world and just reappear where they initially were. When I fall through it, I reappear at the start of the area. Does anyone know of a way to fix this without messing up what the mods have already loaded into my game? I took a pic of what I'm talking about but don't know how to upload it for people to see.

It seems that almost every cave I go in has this issue. Can anyone help please?

Undoubtedly a mod conflict. Post your LOOT sorted load order. Without that, nobody can help.

To address you issue with posting pics:

First open up your Steam window, and then click on the View tab. 4th from the bottom should be the screenshots tab. All your screenshots taken while playing should be visible in that window,
unless you take your pics with something other than Steam (in which case I can't help you). You can select whichever pics you want and then click on the Upload tab in the same window.

To post them in a thread, view your own profile and click on Screenshots. Then just click on the pic you want to link to, copy the address, and paste it in you post. Like this: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=809877173

Ok, will do. Don't mind the crab, that was a funny pic when the game tried to load a crab and the size was wrong. Never had that happen again. Will get the pic and LOOT up shortly.

You have issues whit your load.
Since you are using Hires pack you need to have all 3 active.

You should also consider to add Usleep and Hi res Unoffical patch.

And do one verify on your skyrim files, so you are sure that your masters are intact.

My order has been set with LOOT prior to posting that list and it shows no errors besides with Highland Milk Farm (which has nothing to do with the caves missing chunks). And Usleep changes some things that I would rather keep the way they are. I'll look into the texture packs.

What do it change that you dont like?
It can be that many things, but it fixes zillion of game breaking bugs.
I bet there are mods that do the change the thing you dont like.

Loot dont know about all issues, you should also consider to use Wrye Bash and make your self one bashed patch since Bruma need one.

And make sure that you tick those hires packs. And add the patch for it, so you get rid of some of your graphical issues.
Even better is to use one of those instead.
