A good place to find shock enchanted weapons?

Hello all,

I somehow managed to reach level 24 with 60 in enchanting and somehow, I never came across a lightning enchanted weapon to disenchant. Does anyone know any locations/foes that are sure to have such a weapon?

You should check vendors like smiths and general stores. They are more likely to have them.
