Directions for installing TES5Edit?
My DLCs (and whatever Update.esm is) add up to 956 ITM records and 63 deleted navmeshes, so they must be cleaned with TES5Edit. The issue is I can't figure out how to install it. I always get a 3MB download, and it always asks how I want to open the file. Any idea what I should use install TES5Edit?

If it's a compressed file you can install a program like 7-Zip to open it up and it extract the files to a directory of your choice.
