So when i extract them, do i just put them into what folder? I extracted a file and got pictures and meshe folders and i just got so lost.

It's been a while since I've played with a non-vanilla race, but reading the description of what you linked in step 1...

Step 1 is only necessary if you want to have more than one custom race installed. As far as that goes, there's no point in installing more than one, as the PC will be the only person in the game that's a custom race, unless a custom race mod also adds followers of that race.

Use Nexus and the Mod Manager for mods.
