My game freezes before I'm going to get beheaded at intro

I've never had that type of bug playing, but recently I wanted to start a game from the beginning.
Everything starts fine, the intro runs well, the cart gets to Helgen... and after the first prisoner is beheaded, when it should be my turn, the camera just turns by itself to Ulfric (think that was the name) and just freezes, I can't move, nothing happens, the NPCs still kind of move a little bit, but everything just stays in it's place, with nothing happening.

try doing coc riverwood and showracemenu and you can skip helgen.

Doesn't do anything, I just get tp'd to riverwood but I can't move or do anything

Okay, so apparently the problem is that I tried to play as a race that it's not available.
I have a mod that allows you to play as some other races (spriggan, werewolfs...) and I tried to use the spriggan, now i have a nord, at everything works fine, ty for help tho.

If you are running mod manager check saves in documents . Have you checked properties verify integrity . Run see if any files are missing .

Just downloaded Skyrim started playing via steam no mods no skse ........... stuttering failed to validate One file ?.......... .Why? . I know this is already a broken game .

It's okay now, it was a problem with a mod I had, but ty though ^^
