Skyrim action delays, I need some help :C
Hey. My first time posting in the forums. and I thought I never really would have to.
Right, to the point, a few weeks ago, out of sudden my game begins to display a game breaking delay in actions, which appeared shortly after I downloaded two armor mods, namely Daedric Mask and Stoutheart Armor (Which I've removed, since it seems to be the most obvious cause of my problems).

It all started in Raven Rock when I requested to sell items to the merchants, the NPCs proceeds with the selling dialogue and then I get stuck in the dialogue for about 20 seconds before the selling panel appears. I can sometimes exit the dialogue to run away/kill the merchant, and the selling panel eventually shows up nonetheless.
It's a similiar story when it comes to mining an ore or gem vein, it usually takes a long time before the mining script begins running, I've also tried to hit the vein with a pickaxe, usually resulting in me not getting any ore after each three hits.
I haven't tried it yet, but I'm going to assume this bug will also drastically change some quests, making them harder or impossible without the console to complete, such as puzzles, levers, gates, quest-related spawns etc.

Skyrim is without a doubt one of my favorite games and it pains me that I've got to surrender before such a bug. I've googled for fixes, and none of the ones that seems to be related to my bug have worked. I've tried deleting and allowing my game to create a new skyrimprefs in case some of the files to the mods are still there somewhere. And if I recall correctly, I even tried uninstalling the game, and deleting some unnecessary saves I won't need anymore, to no avail.

Would anyone be so kind as to offer me advice on how to fix this bug? I'm guessing the problem may be from not getting some mod to sort out the mod loading order beforehand, I never expected problems from only having two minor mods installed in total. Oh, and don't ask me what components/graphic cards or whatever I'm using since it's a waste of time, I'm really, really ignorant when it comes to computers other than just gaming, but I can confirm I can run both Skyrim and Fallout 4 on the highest graphics possible (without mods) without problems, as I have for hours on both titles, and I've plenty enough hard drive space left.

With friendly regards. :D

This doesn't sound like a bug to me, sounds more like a mod conflict. did you LOOT sort your load order? are all the mods from . . steam? or did you get them from Nexus and use a mod manager to install them?
For over 1900 hours I've kept my Skyrim pure of mods save for one long ago that would make me able to smith Volendrung further to keep it comparable to a daedric weapon, though I did remove said mod almost immedlety as I deemed it unnecessary. But yes, from steam only.

pure of mods, meaning mod free?
You should have at least the unofficial patch to get rid of most of the bugs.
True, as much as I've begun loving Bethesda, their games are riddled with bugs, and almost always it's only a funny, harmless one, like when I once used Unrelenting Shout on Urag Gro-Shub in the College of Winterhold and his head got stuck in the ground, and he begun spinning around slowly. Or a frost troll riding on the head of a grounded dragon that didn't care to attack me.
Thing is, there's others with similiar bugs as mine, is the unofficial patch really going to help with this? Because it almost sounds to good to be true. This bug seems pretty rare nonetheless, so it wouldn't surprise me if the unofficial patch overlooked this one.

Not entirely sure it will help with your current problem. I know it does help with a lot of annoying and game breaking bugs that I used to experience before adding it. It could be script overload causing the lag in your interactions. script extender helps with it along with a memory block tweak in the ini that comes with Skyrim Script Extender (SKSE), but it may only work on new games.
