Skyrim BUG: Arrows wont hit anythiing
My arrows wont hit anything when I become a certain distance to the target. I know I'm hitting the target since I used to play the game a few months ago until I got a new set up. I installed the Legendary edition. Back to the problem. Another reason I am sure that I am hitting the target is I aimed a standing bear in the middle, on his head, above his head, and even below his tail. Therefore, it's impossible to miss that shot. When I got nearer, my arrows started hitting but when I step back even just a little, I start missing again. I added

"[Actor]
fVisibleNavmeshMoveDist=14000.0000"

and even

[Combat]
f1PArrowTiltUpAngle=0.35
f1PBoltTiltUpAngle=0.35
f3PArrowTiltUpAngle=1.1
f3PBoltTiltUpAngle=1.1
fMagnetismStrafeHeadingMult=0.0
fMagnetismLookingMult=0.0

but I'm not hitting anything. In fact, the arrow's not changing the way it shoots like it should be like everybody else says in the forum so the Issue is most likely on my Skyrim.ini file. I tried the -refreshini console command and it didn't do anything.

Uhhh, I'm not sure why you think this is new? It's been like this since the game was released, at a range slightly less than your view distance arrows simply will have no effect. You can do some .ini tweaks to fix this but I use a mod that makes arrows fly faster and flatter and it includes the fix.

I am very experienced with archery in skyrim. In fact, the first skill I've ever reached a 100 was Archery (besides smithing lol). If you think that I'm being stupid here, remember the first bear you ever enounterd in skyrim? After alduin attacked? I cant hit him no matter how much I aim properly. As I mentioned above, the .ini tweaking is not working.
