Help: strange behavior, bouncing animals and more

Skyrim is starting normal. But when i play the carriage and horse start fyling randomly around and i cant control the mouse anymore. The menu is normal but the game is uncontrolable. Anyone got something like this? I would appreciate it if someone could watch my game over steam and have a look at it.

Do you have some mods? They might cause this.

This is Skyrim LE, I'm afraid you have to limit your FPS to under 60 or the Havok engine will give you massive problems.

That should fix it, either enable Vsync, or you could always install enboost and turn ity on in the ENBLocal.ini file. there are also limiter mods.

I cant fix it in a normal ini file? Without 3rd pty tools?

Vsync is in your graphics card/driver settings. ENBoost can limit FPS via .ini settings as Avrie mentioned, and also has a memory management fix that can improve Skyrim's stability overall.

Rule of Thumb: Vsync (Verticle Refresh) set to always ON and FPS not to exceed 60. The game physics go wild if not. Sound default 24 bit 48KHz stereo and if Realtek then "Loudness Equalisation" on. If monitor is 120-144Hz then set it to 60Hz or adaptive refresh rate or some such from GPU utility program.
