If you build the hearthfire houses, if you have the hearthfire DLC, then you can also set up gardens, a fishery, and of course display more items.
There are mods that allow you to invest in businesses, but I haven't used them myself.
Don't forget those high level trainers that cost +4000k each training.

Come back later and recheck supplies. Its about as close to a cheat mod without actually being one in some ways. Its pretty easy too, just grab everything you find on your way out of Helgen, and very slowly walk to town (riverwood) and sell everything you don't need. Save the gold to buy the smallest amount of supplies for the ciderhouse and hunt deer in your spare time until you have a few chunks of meat.

If you finish and still have money to spare, flood other places, like other player homes or other buildings. OR use the 'tcl' command to fly and make an enormous stack of cheese, then hit the bottom with a bow and arrow
