There aren't any orange skin mods sadly, but you could always get some mods that add body-tans or something, and maybe try looking for a game save created by someone who has done their best to make their character look like Trump? I don't know, but it's alot easier to do such a thing in Fallout 4 than Skyrim, so maybe you'll be able to do it in TES 7. :)

doesn't race menu let you pick skin colour from the presets and from the colour wheel sliders?
