Regain the pale bug
So when I go for this mission, quest marker is nowhere to be seen I even go Legate Rikke(even outside questline) but it does nothing. I talked to Tulius but there's no help from him either. So, anyone else has this bug? What should I do?

Did you complete the main quest?

No, it's been a long time since I last completed the civil war quest, so I just went in quests and found this Regain the Pale and mark it, but unfortunately nothing happens.

You need to complete at least Season Unending for the civil war questline to work correctly.

It's the quest called Reunification of Skyrim and task is regain the pale but it shows no quest marker.

Well when i skipped the whole Reunification of Skyrim with console commands after that i cant talk to Rikke either Tullius. It f*cked up all Imperial quests soill try to find another way

That is one price you have to pay for using console commands.
There is no turning back more then load one old save.

Well I think I completed last Imperial quest in summer so theres no going back. I'll find some mod where u can kill that dumbass Ulfric and just kill him :D
