If it can handle SE then go for it. It has a FAR more optimized engine which runs better than an oldrim modded with graphic mods.
About elves... they are nightmare fuel in most titles.
In Skyrim they can get a decent look by a face texture mod.
I see that Warhammer40k reference there. lol
I'm glad Bethesda stepped outside the box for them here.
Though, if someone wants to make their game look like every other fantasy game, that's their choice.
In the movies they do it that way to make the makeup less painful for the actors.
