Stealth Archery
Every time that I try to do stealth achery, I am always seen after the second I shot and my arrows do very little damage. Any advice?

Gotta rank up the skill plus the arrow and the bow ties in to the damage output

You need to get perks that boost your skills and damage. in sneak tree you want Deadly Aim for 3x damage. You also want to raise the stealth perks to be much harder to notice. Then also muffled movement to remain quiet.
Are you using only leather armor or do you have loud heavy armor which makes noise?

Then the archery perks to do more damage

In skyrim the best results come from perks and selecting ones that help your style of play

yes it's good, and it's probably better than leather armor.

Hi
I would suggest you Bound Bow. I played with master level without problem ;)

How does the Bound bow compare to other bows in terms of damage.

How does the Bound bow compare to other bows in terms of damage.

Pros:
  • Daedric level (helpful early game...)
  • Weightless

Cons:
  • Can't be improved with smithing (big negative to me)
  • Need to level up conjuration to at least 40 to buy it (though I believe it can be found at 1 location)

Actually it's incorrect.
Bound Bow by default has one less damage than a normal Daedric Bow, and with the Mystic Binding perk only an "Exquisite" quality Daedric Bow outdamages it.
Also due to it being weightless the Bound Bow fires very-very fast.

About damage: be on the lookout for items that increases bow damage, and if you don't use Bound Bow upgrade your weapons on grindstones and make the strongest bows possible with smithing.

Here's a guide how to get Bound Bow early and be able to cast it with any race:

You don't need that much preparations on Adept difficulty though. I walked there with my high elf and took off with the book.
Also I went on a different route starting from Whiterun.

The beauty of bound weapons is you could have 2 spells set in either hand Bound bow in say your right and bound sword / or bound 2 handed sword in the other By sheathing and casting the other spell your swapping from sword to bow within a second.

Bound bow gets 100 arrows instantly that you almost cannot fire all before the 3 minute timer ends. Just sheathing and recast spell to replenish timer and arrows

Early game it is the best bow ... that you don't need to carry.

Hi
add, to the tradional archery perk, Mystic Binding perk... Other info:
http://en.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Archery

You can read:
Note that a Bound Bow with the Mystic Binding perk achieves a DPS of 21, significantly better than any other bow in the game–at least until other bows are upgraded at the grindstone.

I haven't got to that yet, but I am planning to test out if a stealth archer would be viable with Bound Bow only, and not utilizing smithing at all.
On a stealth archer(or more like sniper since I went for "one hit, one kill") I made long ago(the save file broke unfortunately) everything became one-hit kill even without sneak on 60+ smithing on Adept difficulty.

Hi
with "adept" level is possible one hit one kill (with all perks x3 etc...). With master level it's impossible - at the end of main quest, from archery only I moved to assassin with Mehrunes' Razor (x15 perks and x2 with Shrouded Gloves)
(Sorry for my bad english).
