Menus aren't pausing when I open them

Hello,
So everything but my journal is not pausing the game, I can't use potions or scrolls without getting killed in one sec.
It's probably because of a mod but I don't know which one, I'v tried to disable a few of them ( enough to avoid crashing because of the new ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up load order )

You sure you aren't using SkyrimSouls - Unpaused Game Menus.

That's just a SKSE plugin, mine is in my SKSE folder > Plugins > SkyrimSouls.dll and SkyrimSouls.ini.
