Randomly hear deep, chanting-like voice

So I've played skyrim a long time and this problem has been going on for a while, even before I installed all of my mods. I do have Sounds of Skyrim installed, but it's definitely NOT the lysandus easter egg, and I have the easter eggs turned off as well.

The last time it happened was when I just came through the door of Solitude, and it was something I couldn't understand. It sounded a little bit like throat singing, but chanting instead, and was very echoey like if you were in a crypt. I don't know if it was something in Dragon Language but it definitely wasn't english. It wasn't "Dovahkiin" as I know the greybeards will sometimes invade your ears with. It sounded like it came from right next to me, and as I moved the sound stayed in the original spot, so I was looking around trying to see where it came from.

I've also heard it could be Miraak or dragon priests from when you kill a dragon, but I haven't been contacted by the cultists yet and I hadn't killed a dragon since a little while before it happened.

Does anyone know what this is? Is it just a glitch? If so, does anyone know where the voices originate from, like what quest they're for? any answers would be really appreciated

We cant tell what sound you hearing, we do need to know if you have sorted your mods, and what mods you have.

You have something mod related going on in your game.

sorry for the huge block of text. I was bored with skyrim so I decided to download a bunch of stuff for a clean playthrough. To mention again I have SoS easter eggs disabled and it doesn't sound like any of the easter eggs people have described.

Is your in game music volume on? If so, try turning it off for awhile and see if you still hear the chanting.

Sounds of Skyrim do add many sounds. Did try it for some years ago, it can be sounds from that mod you hear, but no chanting should come where you say it come.
