STUCK IN APOCRYPHA BECAUSE I CAN'T RIDE MIRAAK'S DRAGON!!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!
When I try to ride the dragon, I won't be able to move, then it will let me move again, can't describe it that well. The samething happens for every other action in the game.

Mods or no?

also try disable and enable in console (click on dragon, disable then enable), or revert to an earlier save, which is a pain in the ass.

Do you have any mods installed? if yes then that is more than likely the root of the problem.

Could you post your load order? If you dont have it you can get it from LooT.

also, do you have any type of mod installer? NMM, or Mod Manager?

Go into the plugins section and see if there are any red or yellow plugins.

if there is not, at any point did any mod you install ask to overwrite anything?

at the top of LooT there is the download sign, next to that are the rows, click that and it will sort your load order.

then its a problem somewhere else. So your game hasn't been crashing or anything? anything glitching out?

if not then its just a problem with skyrim, as skyrim is buggy, and you're probably going to have to revert to a older save and see if it still happens.

also, try this, go into the console, click the dragon, type disable, enter, then enable and see if it helps at all.
