Help me ID a cloak.

For 2 weeks, one of my follower had this pretty cool looking cloak. Maybe I sold it by mistake, I just noticed if was gone and it's not in my inventories or chests. I want to get it again legitimately or via console, but I can't find it in the game or get the item ID via google search.

It was black cape with clean edges and a gold/yellow trimming at the bottom.

I think I took it from Thalmors moving a nord prisoner behind Whiterun early in my game. It maye have been called Thalmor cape/cloak or Justiciar cape maybe? It's NOT the hooded thalmor robe.

I have the cloaks of skyrim and immersive armors mod. Dawnguard, Dragonborn & Heartfire.

You can try the following.
- Open console.
- Type help cloak, which will list all cloaks in the game, with their IDs.
- You can also try help "thalmor cloak" for more spesific hit.

I have CoS, but I don't recall the exact name of that cloak.

Or you could install the Additem menu mod and select the spell which allows you to type and just type in cloak and see which one it is
