Where can I intimidate someone?

I want the achievement and I just have to intimidate one person, does anybody know where I can do that?

I`ve attacked a guard and put my sword away but I didn`t get the option to intimidate him

As galaxycopenhagen said, there's a guard just outside the Riften gates that you can intimidate.

Riften is a good place. The guard, Maul who greets you and Saphire who cheats the stable boy.

There's also three guys you're supposed to get a Mark of Dibella from.

If you intimidate saphire be sure your speech is way up ... including perks
