Fralia and Olfrid argument?
Can I jump start this conversation somehow? I've been following Olfrid around town, and waited a few days in the market without any argument to start the Missing in Action quest.

Maybe...
The quest can be started by entering the Gray-Manes' home and talking to Avulstein, skipping the conversations with Fralia.
