Delphine and the Attic Room Bug
I'm currently having a problem with the Horn of Jurgen Windcaller quest. If you weren't already able to guess, Delphine for whatever reason will not display the "Rent the attic room" option. Thus I am not able to continue with the main quest line.

To clear some things up, no, I do not want to load any previous save files. As I am already level 27 and have achieved what is a few days of game time. Secondly, yes, I've tried the console command, "setstage MQ10Ustengrav 30". Though I no longer would have to talk to Delphine, I still lack the physical Horn itself which would allow me to learn "Da" from the Grey Beards. If anyone can help, I would be grateful.

I could also use a dragon soul from Sahloknir..

Do you have all DLC:s if so you should install Usleep. And revert to one save before you did use the command and see if that fix it.
That bug is well known.

No, I do not have any DLCs..

Then you should add this mod, this mod is safe to use from Workshop and Nexus.
Nexus is to prefer since Workshop has been bugged since 2015.

Thank you, but since I am currently on mobile, I would like other suggestions in case those don't work..

It is one old bug, have run in to it my self.
Often best thing to do is to load one save before. And if possible add patches that deals whit the issue.
Btw, did one time run in to one bug that messed up my game so I did have to revert 25 lvls. That is not good and fun.

1. Game should have done an auto save when you entered the inn. Reload that save and then make a manual hard save. Exit he game and then Steam. Reload Steam and start the game using the Load option, selecting the hard save you just created.
2. Check, double check that you have the quest selected in your Journal.
3. Make sure that the quest target arrow is above Delphine's head. Try to speak to her again and see if the option to rent the attic room is there.

As I have already said, loading the previous save files is the last thing I want to do..

We did see that, but sadly it is often the best solution. That is why I did write that I also have must do that, reverted 25 lvls.

So this didn't just happen. The option wasn't there so you left the inn and continued your adventure, and now you have come back to the inn to finish the quest?

He must restart the quest. Since the command he have used is also wrong.
He have given the command he should use after he have got the attic room.

Yes. In all honesty, I'm running a thief build, so maybe running the main quest isn't my main concern. I just want to know if I can fix it..

Dont have any suggestion right now. You need the command that comes before you try to get the room. But you should start by installing Uskp and see if that fixes it.
The one you use is when she dont talk to you after you have got the room.
You need to end this quest first.
