Anyone know of a mod to remove Khajiit jowls?

I dunno why they have them but they are suuuuper ugly. Like old man flaps on the sides of their faces. There's gotta be a mod to fix this.

it part of the vanilla game try yotubeing for what you want if not in steam it might be on nexus
