High Gate Ruins Puzzle room bug.

I pull all the 4 levers in correct order, but still the gate doesn't open. I know this is a bug, since i have solved that puzzle multiple times before. I know i can get past that gate using tcl on console command. But i'm asking you guys how i can fix that bug. Also, i'm using Unofficial Skyrim Patch.

Exactly, that doesn't work anymore. And i don't know why. It worked earlier.

The opposite thing happened to me last time I went through the place: I had only pulled two levers and the gate had opened. "Hm. Okay, let's go."
