Skyrim NPC Spawning issue.

I really don't know where to start with this issue,

recently I have been playing with the LC castle invasion mod and well usally after activing the switch the npcs should all spawn at once. for me that is not the case, instead of spawning all at once the npcs spawn one at a time.

I also get this issue with console commands. I spawned in 50 bandits which all spawned at once however bizzarely enough when I wanted to spawn in 15 whiterun guards it took them awhile to spawn in....

Also to be clear my PC can run Skyrim fine.

Skyrim needs to run some scripts when you spawn npc, and that can take some time.

except I have seen other people play LC castle invasion the enemy npcs spawn instantly, they don't spawn one by one.

same goes for npcs spawned through console commands.

Could be script lag. Do you have other mods in your game, reserving notable amount of time from Papyrus?

Damn. You need to remove conflicting files, sort your load order and start a new game. You need to remove at least one scripted mods and Skyrim bakes script data to save files. You can't remove such mods from ongoing game, without messing it up.

UFO is badly out of date. It can cause issues as it is. At the top of that, you also have Amazing Follower Tweaks. Those two are not compatible together and will cause extra issues.

AFT is also slightly out of date. I would recommend using updated Immersive Amazing Follower Tweaks instead.

You are using Unofficial Patch only for Skyrim, but not from DLCs. Get patches for DLCs you have. If you ever get HeathFire, then move to merged patch. Old patches are no longer updated. Merged patch is, but it requires HF to be installed.

Load order is very badly messed up. Run LOOT to sort it out. Then redo your Bashed Patch. It should be last file in your load order anyway.

Looks like you are missing most recommended bug fixes for your game. You might want to install them to your own sanity. See fixes from Small list of little big mods list. You might want to subscribe to that thread, because I am updating the OP soon. I would have already done that, but RL got in the way.

I hope that is not your loadorder.

You should add The unoffical patches for Dawnguard and Dragonborn to.
You dont seems to have Heartfire so you cant use Usleep.

This mod can be troublesome vMYC_MeetYourCharacters.esp since it is long times since it is updated and use old scriptfiles that conflicts whit newer mods.

Use one of those.

It was the first I did se. Nice mod but dont work anymore, now it only makes issues.
